  • Custom Window Reproductions

When a wood window is too far gone to repair, or you need matching windows for an addition or to satisfy local historic requirements we can help! Our team will take careful measurements of the details on your existing windows and source custom fabricated cutters for an exact match. Custom reproduction windows can be purchased as sash only, or we can build a fully functional window frame insert, complete with weights and weatherstripping, ready for installation.

    What’s included:

We build our windows in a variety of wood species to match your budget and your existing windows. Our most common choices are Eastern White Pine, Douglas Fir, and Mahogany.

Traditional wood windows were designed to be repairable, and we build our new windows that same way. We use pegged mortise and tenon joinery so the windows stay tight for decades of use but can be disassembled as needed for repairs as needed.

We offer a series of standard window sash profiles but can also use custom made knives to match unique sash profiles for a perfect reproduction.

    Pricing is based on consultation.
